JSC " SPA AKHTUBA" was included in “The list of complex investment projects in priority areas of civil industry" by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia. It gives the project the right to receive subsidies from the Federal budget to compensate for part of the cost of interest on loans attracted for investment purposes.
